The first month's rent and security deposit are required to be paid with certified funds (Bank Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order). You can pay with a personal check or pay online using an eCheck or a debit / credit card through your secure resident portal for standard monthly payments. You can also choose to continue to pay with certified funds.

Each resident that is wanting to vacate is required to submit a written minimum of 30 days notice to vacate. This can be submitted online at www.mvproperties.com/30-day-notice, mailed to 3901 SE NAEF RD. Portland, OR, 97267 or dropped through our 24 hour drop slot at the same address. There will also be an addendum to Add or Remove Residents that all parties will be required to sign.
