Do we accept Section 8 vouchers?
Yes. Oregon law classifies Section 8 vouchers as income. People on Section 8 vouchers can not be discriminated against. -
Can I reach you after hours?
You can reach our main office weekdays from 9am-5pm. We may be reachable outside of those times, but for emergencies, contact our emergency service line. -
How do I view my lease?
You can access your lease in your secure client portal -
Are you licensed?
Yes. Each of our Property Managers are licensed. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes we do. We are a well rounded full service company. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We offer flexible lease options from 30 days to standard 12 month leases. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage all types of properties. We specialize in Single Family Homes, Multi Family Properties, as well as Mid-Term and STR rentals. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin the onboarding process immediately! -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
MV Properties LLC holds the tenant security deposit in a Clients’ Trust Account. -
What is your Basic Maintenance Package?
Our Basic Maintenance Package is an opt-in monthly service plan to help you budget and covers essential areas: roof and gutter care, winter prep, HVAC filters, smoke alarms, and bathroom/kitchen caulking. Preventing problems in these areas saves you from costly repairs later on.
